We need to write a software to read the GPS location, speed and direction of travel from mobile devices (Android and iPhone) and upload them to our HTTPS APIs at predefined interval. Detailed specifications can be found below: a. Built in [login to view URL] b. Integrated with [login to view URL] for message notifications to users (tagged to IMEI) c. Runs as a background app on Android and iOS devices d. App icon indicates tracking enabled or disabled state e. When app starts for the first time it should connect to a server using HTTPS API sending the device IMEI number to the server (eg. https://localhost:8000/[login to view URL]) f. Server will then respond with <errorcode>[,<logintoken>,<refreshinterval>] i. 200 – login success ii. 400 – login failed >> sleep for 7200 seconds before retrying step e iii. 401 – login disabled on server >> prompt user to check with admin g. The app captures the login response and remember the login token and refresh interval (in seconds) h. The app starts reading the LAT/LON information from the phone GPS and submits it to the server using the HTTPS API (eg. https://localhost:8000/[login to view URL]) in the prescribed interval Speed = speed in km/h Course = direction of travel with north being 0 and valid values from 0-359 i. The server will respond to the tracking request: i. 200(,<sleeptimer in sec, default to 10>) ii. 400: invalid token >> go to step e and force relogin iii. 401,<sleeptimer in sec>: app is supposed to be sleeping, continue sleeping for xxx seconds as dictated by server j. App repeats step h while in not in sleep mode
