I'm a reverse engineering expert. I have a lot of experience reversing Android apps and Windows Desktop programs.

This should be simple for me so I am asking the minimum bid for 3 days. Allowing 1-2 days for deciphering the header (assuming dynamically generated) and a day to reproduce the algorithm in a simple generator app written in c#.net, python or java, your choice. Steps: 1) Analyze the header in the APK. 2) Document and relay how the header is generated as it is discovered 3) Write the generator app and provide the code and instructions for running The only obstacle would be if the header code is really obfuscated - so allowing extra time here. My workflow: 1) Unpack APK, decompiling to JAVA using JADX (I skip Smali by decompiling DEX directly to Java code files using the right tools) 2) Decompile any C++/JNI/NDK components, if any with JEB, Binary Ninja (IMHO, better than Ghidra, but I have this also). Even if the header code is created in a C++ lib, the Java code helps greatly narrow the flow and JNI exports used in the .so C++ libs. 3) As I am primarily a developer, I can also rebuild APK projects - altering them as needed, to test on an emulator or android. This is occasionally helpful for dynamic flow or even tracing I/O.
