Mobile app (android)

Hi I need an app around job postings, where users register by entering their infos or using their gmail/facebook/linkedin in one clic and save their job category preferences (finance, marketing, engineering ..) and they get mobile notifications whenevr a job posting is added to the app in the categories they follow, or they can go in and search using a simple category filter (find a job section). It will also have in the menu a section with tabs for job seeking advices I can manage from the admin panel (Tips section / Resume Tip or Interview or or ..) Job postings are added manually by an admin in the admin panel and saved in defined categories, they can be in text (copy past from a linkedin job post from a recuiter), a picture (a screen of a job offer) or a link to an external page to apply. The app will contain an auto popup upon loading by any user (in which I can add advertising or any announcement id like, settings from admin panel). I will also have stats of registrations, time of use ..etc which can help me have actual data to monetise the ad pop up with business or engineering schools, training centers ...) The developer has to manage all sides of the project (design, user exp, dev ..) Thanks a lot
