Build an Android app and a Website

I need an native android app to be build and a website in MVC. Web site need to have option for managing users (for web site), adding locations on a map with information and pictures, adding news and adding events for android app, also web site need to be able to add information for multiple languages in database. Android app will have 'Home' page where the user will get closest object to them and distance as well as route on map and plus schedule, app should have page for viewing news, calendar page where all the events will be shown, also there should be page 'map' where users could see all object and get detailed information as well as route, distance and air distance, also I need gallery for view pictures, I would provide data for schedule which will be shown daily, app need to have options for turning off schedules and setting schedules for different areas as well as automatically setting areas based on Google Map and option for changing languages(so when user change languages he gets information in his languages which includes news, events, descriptions for locations etc), and app should implement searching for all objects which will have different categories and categories will be marked differently on map. At least there should be 11 menu items in app but not too complicated.
