Hi,
I need someone to develop a native Android app for me (i.e. without using any cross platform tools). The app will take measurements periodically, say every 3 minutes, and save the results in an sqlite table. The measurements must be aborted if not completed in 60 seconds.
These are the parameters to measure (please use Android TelecomsManager class and [login to view URL] as target destination)
1) RTT - average of 5 measurements
2) Jitter - variation in the RTT measure
3) Page Load Times
4) Packet loss
5) Cell ID (i.e base station ID)
6) Cell location
7) Operator code (i.e. identification number of mobile operator)
8) Network type (i.e. 4G/LTE, 3G/HSPA+, 3G/HSPA, etc)
9) Downlink speed
10) Uplink speed
If you bid, please tell me exactly (1) how you will deliver the app, (2) how long it will take you to deliver it and (3) your exact cost for doing it - please dont ask me for my budget.
Hey Chukwuemeka,
I have enough experience doing this sort of works. I will build you native android app that will store these values on sqlite.
I am confused on this - "variation in the RTT measure".
Other things are fine and understood.
