Iphone chat app

Build an iphone chat application and web portal for admin, and registration. With the following specifications: 1-HTML/Ajax based 2-Users will have a profile in order to use the chat. Registration page for signing up (web and iphone) 3- Different profile grades (paid one, free one) 4-Ablilty to turn on/off the paid profiles 5- Users will have the following: 5.1: each profile will be identified by a nickname and email (email will be hiding for other users), profile page that have the following information: name, age, location, pictures, and custom fields to add more info (by owner) 5.2: ability to join chat rooms, build chat rooms ` 5.3: send/receive pictures 5.4: changing of the nickname and profile information 5.5: ability to add other users to friend list 5.6: users can block users from contacting them 5.7: user can show status ex. Online, Away, custom one 5.8: free user will have a black nickname; premium user will be in blue. Admin of the chat room will have an "@" sign before the nickname 5.9: user can set nickname in any language 5.10: user can report other user 5.11: users can send offline messages to users in friends list 6- Chat rooms: 6.1: Main chat window and private chat (use to user) 6.2: when joining a chat room, users can see main chat window and a list of users in the chat room. Users can chat with other user or on the main chat room. 6.3: Admin can block, kick user out of the chat room. 6.4: user can write in any language in the chat room. 6.6: chat rooms can be closed by owner. 6.7: chat room will be listed under categories ex. location, common interested (will be define by owner) 6.8: chat room name can be set in any language 6.9 users can add chat rooms to a favorite list 7.
