Change theme for ''CMS Made Simple'' slightly.

I need to change slightly existing theme for CMS Made Simple. Like moving this from left to right, add sidebar, make bigger fonts and add indent. ## Deliverables See on picure: I broke something and now upper menu in arabic style from right to left. Nagivation menu must be copied to left also in the same gray area. In the right grey area must be only news. Fonts of left menu must be as big as upper menu. Submenu which is now bold, must be smaller font and have left indent. Also somewhere must be button "Bigger fonts" and "smaller fonts" which works like ctrl+ and ctrl- in browser.
