I have found a Wordpress theme that will meet my objectives for our new site - however I need someone to create child themes in order to customize it. Menu layout / color; logo size; different layouts on different pages. Apparently the theme is capable of doing this - I just don't have the time to complete it. I can provide detailed drawings of how I would like each page to be laid out - and I will be the one entering all images and copy.
