Hello Adam Palin! Web projects ninja is here. I would like to build such infrastructure. I checked your files in Dropbox. Thanks for considered brief. It helps a lot. BUT this is not enough to be sure in time frames and budget. I could say to you something like: the project will be ready in 30/60/120 days like other bidders do, front end will be ready in 30 days, then back end will be ready in 30 days and then we will need 30 days to connect it and fix the bugs. But I'm not saying bullshit here. So this project should be done in a such way: before estimating time frames we need to write 300% detailed script of how this app will work. We will play the roles of hotel/guest and admin imagining using of this app. And then we'll write a new document which is based on your technical scoping document. ONLY after this doc is ready, I will do a fully time costed quote. I'll build a plan depends on the budget and deadlines. So we will know what should be ready today, tomorrow and in the end of this and next week. Also I don't recommend to give this project to one developer because of: 1) the workflow will be slow (because of impossibility of parallel processes). 2) putting all eggs in one basket is sick (what will you do if he gets sick or etc?).
