Bulk wordpress configuration and article submissions

I am looking for someone who can do fast bulk work for me on wordpress websites. I already have wordpress installed on many domains. Now I need someone who is fast in plugin configuration and content submission. I have written a document exactly how I want it. I need someone who is fast and accurate on this for this project and many future projects. I have a lot of experience myself as well on this, and it takes me 2,5 to 3,5 hours to configure some plugins on a bulk 5 sites and post 5 articles per site. I expect you can do the same.
