Android radio app not working on some phones

App works with most devices, but is not working from certain android devices over mobile network. No reported issues working with wi-fi, even with devices not working on mobile network. This needs to be fixed so it consistently works with all compatible devices on mobile networks and wi-fi. If this project is successful, I will have two more in the near future. One will be to add some features and functionality to the existing Android App and the other will be a port to iphone/ipad.
