Changes to existing C# program

The project entails changes to a set of existing and properly-functioning C# programs. The C# code runs in a securities trading platform which is available for free download; however, editing and debugging can be done entirely in Visual Studio. My estimate of the coding time required is approximately 10 hours. Since this is only an estimate and we'll finalize a fixed price once you have reviewed the project in its entirety. Consider this a trial project of sorts since I typically outsource several dozen projects each year and prefer to work with one or two persons/teams. You will need to sign an NDA before work commences. It is preferred that you have a vWorker rating >7 and have completed >= 10 projects on vWorker. Furthermore, I prefer that you are a fluent English speaker who can go over the project with me via LogMeIn and/or Skype during EST working hours (GMT - 5).
