scrolling and top image issue on mobile joomla website

i have a joomla site that is scrolling to levels where its missing header content on mobile, i also have a video background with a sticking image before video loads and when its meant to turn to an image on mobile it creates a box around it. Also it wont adjust with the next level of content under the image correctly and therefore either leaves a huge gap under or overlaps the content depending on device.
