basic landing page / squeeze page

This is a quick and easy project that the experienced graphic designer should have no trouble with. Need a web designer for (at first) 1 landing page, squeeze page with a sign up box for ezine subscription. Here's how I'd like to do it, very simply -- I design it (very roughly) in google docs -- then you clean it up and make it look more professional + 'official.' The landing page consists of 1 simple html page, + imprint page. Please provide at least 5 references if you bid. Page code should be clean and simple, and graphics should load quickly. Upon completion of the graphics, I will "own" the graphics. Therefore, it will become my property and I should be allowed to sell, modify or manipulate it at my choosing. You will claim "zero rights" to these graphics. Please provide direct links to some of your previous designs when bidding. Do not tell me to "go to our site and click on 'portfolio'" as I am busy and limited on time. Please do not bid if you don't know what "landing page" or "squeeze page" or "conversion rate" mean. This must be done on a very tight budget. When I find someone good I can work with, more projects may follow. Thank you. -- Tim
