Customized Google Form from data from existing Google Form

We have a Google Form where ask people a series of questions ([login to view URL]) afterwards we'd like to present the same people with a followup questionnaire ([login to view URL]). The task is that we have a question in Survey 1 (see attached image 1), that we would like to influence the options in Survey 2 (see the attached image 2), in a way that only the 3 corresponding answers to the questions selected in Survey 1 show up in the selection field for Survey 2. Now, we ask for the email of every participant, so we can identify the person and thereby find the persons previous answers in our data, and it is possible to create a Google Form from data present in a Google speadsheet, however, we need this done in an elegant way, meaning, with design like the current Survey 2. So that's the challenge :).
