My bid will include Gravity Forms developer licence installation (if required and not already installed on your site).
The following will be included where functionality dictates: dynamic field population, conditional logic, input masks and add on integration (many add ons require associated user accounts with related API keys or similar, these will necessarily be your responsibility to arrange).
Configuration of confirmations and notifications is also included.
Gravity Form specific layout and display styling.
The following information will be required from yourself:
An overview of what you want to achieve/purpose of the form, this may include what data you hope to obtain and how you intend to use it.
Field types and names if specifically known or required, you may need to provide information on functionality here to ensure the most appropriate fields are used.
Any bulk listings if required for drop downs, multi selects or similar.
Any contextual text required within the form or in confirmations and notifications.
Not included:
Custom scripts are not included, however at my own discretion readily available scripts that are useable from within a forms HTML block may be incorporated.
Theme specific styling is not included due to the vast diversity of themes and their customisation differences. Again, at my discretion I may provide a CSS stylesheet for you to install, extensive styling will require a further fee.
Email troubleshooting is not included. Gravity Forms utilises the WP_mail function, sending automatic email through wordpress is not always straight forward and is dependant on many factors like php permissions, hosting setups and IP address issues among others. These are all beyond the scope of firm development.
If you accept my bid you can expect the form to be developed locally on my system with partial forms provided to you where necessary for review.
If you require installation then you will need to provide me with admin access to your site.
Your form will be provided as a json file for you to import or if you prefer I can import the file given admin access.
Finally, certain advanced functionality (if required) may require admin access to your site, this can be discussed if required.
Thank you for your consideration.
Steve.
