Create/move html capture site to THESIS Word Press site

Need a html "capture page" copied/converted to a THESIS Word Press site. The html designer is not familiar w/Word Press and was not able to assist. The site that needs to be copied/converted is: [login to view URL] (click on the top banner for CNI reps and it will take you to the page.) I have a personalized site and will provide that once the job is accepted. It is the same site, only my name and phone number are provided on the personalized site. This will require familiarity with the Word Press premium theme, THESIS and converting an html site over. The html designer will provide images, copy and other files if needed.
