Hello, I need to have someone helping us with Drupal 7 theming. We are looking to change our current website ([login to view URL]) theme to a more modern design, with full width pictures and parallax. Design must be fully responsive. We have a fairly clear idea of what our new theme should look like (one for all, [login to view URL], but I will send you more examples) and we want it to respect our branding guidelines (which I will also provide). We do have a Drupal developer that is taking care of our website development/maintenance, but he is not educated as designer and he recommended us to provide him with someone who could help with the design. We are looking for a designer with a very solid understanding of Drupal themes. We are thinking of using an existing theme (to be identified. Can be acquired if needed) and work to adapt it to our needs. We need to have the theme fully implemented by the end of the year, so I suggest we need to have the deadline of 20th November to have the theme ready to be applied. thanks since now for your interest in our proposal
