Content Managed Site

Looking for competitive quotes to build a content managed site for horses. I will supply a template. The requirements are simple. Need to be able to edit all areas of the site, add pics, links, catagories, sub catagories, newsletter etc... Need ability to add metatags and edit same on all pages. All pages created must be seo friendly eg [login to view URL] or whatever Please provide previous samples of CMS work you have undertaken. Budget is a big factor on this. Also advise on timescale to deliver and whether you offer a back up service in case issues with site arise down the road.
