Automatic Key Word Search and Auto Responder to Youtube Videos, Yahoo News and other websites.

I need a small business website that allows people to Post Messages/Comments simultaneously in the comments area of Youtube, The Huffington Post, Yahoo News, The Guardian, [login to view URL], and USA Today.com. For example, I should be able to enter a few key words such as Chinese Invasion. My website will then provide me the headlines or titles of the above websites and then allows me to create a message or comment which can be submitted to each of these at the same time. I want to set automatic campaigns so I can set the day and time when the messages start and stop. Therefore the website will automatically come on on a certain day and time, search for preset keywords and post to the comments areas of popular online newspapers, blogs, and YouTube. I must have the ability to send a link. (Please note The search should provide Youtube videos with the highest views.)
