Change the Wordpress template

I have a Wordpress webpage online and running, but it's too slow. I have purchased a new template ( [login to view URL] ), and I will use it to replace my current theme. I need someone to tweak the template, change the language to Portuguese, set-up the store, install on my server, and make sure its running well and fast (maximum 2 seconds load time). The template is pretty complete, SEO friendly, responsive, etc... I want someone that will keep it the same and won't delete the features that the template already has. I have all the data on my current webpage, all you need is to transfer to the new template and make some changes.
