Add some customisation to wordpress theme

I Have a wp theme called "capella" & I need someone to do the following Instal a checkbox into "reservations" page and some dislaimer text optimise google map in contact page centre some text on contact page add some images to the food menu and instal or find a custom gallery that will allow thumbnails of food images & when clicked on it enlarges to show image & some text descriptions see attached file"
