desktp application to used as an alternative to typewriter to print offical documnts

I'm looking For VB Expert to finish this project quickly and effectively.. I need you to develop a simple desktop application that can be used to type official documents without the need to using Typewriter. There are about 20 templates for different types of official Forms. The end user should be able via the application to type the inputs in the fields and when clicking print button the document will be printed and the user inputs will fill the spaces in the original form . The user should be able to control the number of pages he want to print and be able to adjust the margins and position of every field and he can see it in the form to ensure the correct alignment of every input. Also I want the software to be capable of adding new templates and new fields thus the software will not be limited to predefined templates. Requirements for this software : -user can choose between printing the whole form or only the text in the fields. - The end user can determine the number of prints, the color of the text - Data entered are automatically saved and after giving the print command, the form start a new record to save time. - user can choose to delete a saved record or edit it . - add reports that displays the number of forms printed from each type in a specific period and the total price for each . - The application has to be protected from copying to another machine
