Create Order Form from Items Database

This project will be to create an order form that pulls from an items database. The form can be made in php or any other website related code. The form can also be a part of a plugin or cms if possible. The order form will need to be insta-search which means as an item it typed into the item field it will show related items it finds in the db and only allow a choice of items already listed in the items database. The order form will need to allow unlimited items to be added and then send an email to an email address when complete. You will need to understand MsSQL to be able to find and pull the related items into the form from the databse as I only have a dump and no nothing more. Will have more work if you understand API's as this order form is for a MMORP Game and for in game items will need to eventually pull prices and other information from a pricing database dump.
