Artist login function required for online gallery - Magento

I require the following functionality for an online art gallery on Magento Commerce: 1. Artist Login 2. Artist Profile (public information such as photo, artist profile (in a form of text), and private info such as their email address, home address, phone number, paypal details which is only available in admin) 3. Ability for the artists to upload artwork (in a form of pictures), enter description, choose art medium, subjects, enter stock, artwork location, price. To be able to edit/delete this information. 4. Uploaded artwork should basically be a product with all the relevant attributes. 5. Ability for administrator to approve the artist and artwork. 6. To manage tracking of shipments (artist has to enter tracking number and price they have paid for shipping once the artwork is shipped). 7. To manage artist commissions which should be minus shipping and split between the artist and gallery. I would prefer a developer who has already done this before and has an example/working project to show.
