We have 1 PSD page created with Photoshop CS4 that we need to convert to HTML. The page is minimal in complexity with a common border layout. It will have to be converted to HTML. Image slices should be reasonable in size (i.e. not too large) to allow easier changes in the future. CSS should be used as much as possible & tables as little as possible. HTML & CSS should be well-formatted and not machine-generated. HTML & CSS should be in 2 separate files. That is one HTML file & one CSS file. In addition, the original PSD with the slices defined in it should be provided in a format that Photoshop CS4 can read.
