Dating site required

Hi, My client would like to develop a site like this (but improved design and aesthetics): [login to view URL] The above site was created to cater for polish people living in our country (UK), however, we would like to make a similar site for people living in the UK from anywhere in the Eastern Europe and even for people from Eastern Europe to date/communicate with each other. The site needs to have the following functions: 1. Sophisticated site translation facilities for any of the East European languages to any other and off course to English and vice versa are a must. Language options should be for site options and immediate translation of messages to any other language. So for example if someone writes a message in English they should be able to press an option to translate their message into polish, czech, lithuanian and someone writing a message in say latvian, at the press of a button should be able to translate it to Russian or English or other. 2. If you have a database or can get a dating database of East European dating profiles and upload it into the site to get us started, that will be deemed a big plus and extra can be paid for that. 3. The site should be free registration and viewing of profiles, but contact only allowed upon registration. 4. We should have control over the prices and the ability to issue promotional codes/vouchers. Anything you need to know please clarify.
