Custom Drupal or Joomla site needed ASAP

Web Design using Joomla OR Drupal (decide which is better for this project). 2.) Code site from a .png of our requested DESIGN 3.) WHMCS Integration (i.e. code whmcs billing cms to look like main site -- UN:PW fields on home page log into WHMCS etc...) Quick Site Outline 1.) Splash Page -- users are presented a splash page with our logo and 3 large buttons (links to 3 subdomains) 2.) Each of 3 links above will be a "mini site" similar to "liquidweb.com" with similar amount of pages and features (i.e. chat and user log in etc...) LONG SITE DESCRIPTION: Here is a basic idea of what we are looking for: We do outsourcing of IT tasks for businesses who do not have qualified IT Staff. We also have a datacenter where we lease equipment to our clients. We also do residential services INCLUDING WiFi internet access and VoIP telephone service. We are looking for a website that encompasses who we are and what we do. Since we have 3 different markets (both residential and commercial and HOSTING) we wish to have the site divided into 3 sections (using subdomains?). When a customer puts in "www.domain.com" they will arrive at a "splash page" with 3 giant buttons where they can choose either commercial or residential or hosting. The commercial site button will redirect users to "commercial.domain.com" and will consist of a page similar to "liquidweb.com" with several links ( I will provide examples). One of the links will be to our "HOSTING" site which will go to the 3rd subdomain ([login to view URL]) and will be a site similar to any of the 1000's of VPS/Dedicated hosting sites. There also needs to be a login to WHMCS here where users can see their services and bills etc... We use WHMCS for my billing and "shopping cart" so I need someone to integrate WHMCS into my site and code WHMCS to "Match" the theme of the main site. MOST IMPORTANTLY WE NEED THIS DONE QUICKLY.
