I am looking for an Adsense ready profitable website. Firm budget of $300. I trust you to choose the topic and suggest the domain name. I will purchase the domain name and handle hosting. I am not tech savvy, so however you set this up it must be easy to use and update. HTML, PHP, Wordpress, Joomla, or whatever you think is best for SEO If you choose Wordpress, please have necessary security modifications in place in the files and template before transfer (no post date, no author info, no comments, no login from sidebar, alter htaccess and wp-config files as necessary, etc.) If you choose Joomla I will need to talk to my hosting company and see what needs to be done to get that in place. Any suggestions or recommendations that you may have for any area of this project are welcome. I would like several more sites in the future, so do good work and those projects will be yours as well :-) Requirements: - Any niche except adult, pharma, violence, gambling or other unacceptable niches - Site must comply with popular search engine TOS (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) - Site should be simple, uncluttered, with light colors, and be easy to read - Contain unique content with at least 50 unique posts/articles that average 500 words each - Each post/article must be Adsense optimized - Content must be original, not yet published, and SEO applied - All content and copyrights will be mine upon completion of the project - Must provide related images to niche topic, no stealing of copyrighted images please - Only white hat methods allowed for this project - Only unique, organic traffic toward the site - No purchased traffic, forced clicks, redirects, auto surf, bots, link farms, banned sites, etc. - You must provide proof of day to day statistics for the duration of the project (traffic, unique hits, etc., daily screen shots of the stats, can be sent weekly) Payment: - No upfront payments - Payment can be through Freelancer or PayPal - You must provide proof of day to day statistics for the duration of the project (traffic, unique hits, etc., daily screenshots of the stats, can be sent weekly) - Half of your payment will be sent when the site makes over $15/day, everyday, for 2 weeks - The remaining half of your payment will be sent when the site makes over $20/day, everyday, for 2 weeks - Upon complete payment, all files will be transferred - I will wait to leave feedback until the site reaches $25/day, everyday for 2 weeks These are the terms of payment for this project.
