Need a small Support in whmcs customization

I have almost customized my WHMCS but still final touch is required by a Professional. Its an 2 hour job if you have worked earlier on WHMCS customization. 1.I want to re-size the width of WHMCS so it can fit into my parent website. I am just putting WHMCS as an i frame as its size is bigger so its coming with bars.I don't want bars at all and it should looks like an integral part of website not like an i frame and a different website. 2. In another website i am putting WHMCS as sub website but the top java script and look and feel is not supporting so we are just putting plane one .which not looks ok.
