Hello. I'm comfortable with both bootstrap and foundation. I use sass to only include the necessary parts of either framework, so that the final code is as lean as possible. Depending on the design, sometimes it's easier to build from scratch with tools like compass or bourbon+neat+bitters, rather than customize bootstrap. I also use git and middleman to build static html websites, so that it's easy to add changes later in the project, as well as deploy to production. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
