Contact Page Form

Description I need a form post contact page creating probably (CGI or PERL) as I know it works on the server, I have a template but need the coding doing, I will then insert your code on the page, or give you the template. If you wish to use CGI / Perl we recommend: NMS Formmail - <[login to view URL]> It will contain A map with Google link Our contact details Several selectable options and radio button options. Also a box to stop spam submissions requiring the user to enter a phrase etc. It needs someone who can create a nice clean look, someone who has done many formpost and can show examples of form posts they have created
