We can build a website as per your requirement in a CMS preferably WordPress . Using the Admin section you can add videos from YouTube, Vimeo and others as well . Admins can moderate comments and ban users . Websites will have search feature , videos will be categorized. Users can comment , rate and share videos on facebook and other social networks. They can also see related videos and featured or say top videos . Will set-up a twitter and facebook account as well which will post the videos whenever a video is added to the website.
