I am starting a digital goods marketplace online. Basically I need it to perform the following functions. It needs to replicate [login to view URL] 1) Multi vendor - people can sign up as vendors (sellers) like on eBay. They have their own admin and entire dashboard. And upload 2) Entire ecommerce that contains all products. 3) PAYMENTS: This is very important. Payments need to be split 30% to me and 70% to the vendor directly after a 7 or so day escrow period. It needs to work with Braintree Marketplace software, see here- [login to view URL] 4) I currently have a server it will be installed on 5) Many automatic emails to be sent out for different events. 6) Can be based off existing ecommerce suite 7) Need to implement a function to "preview" documents or powerpoints similar to how amazon allows... but needs to be based as images so search engines don't pick up.
