I have a website designed in PSD files, It consists of 12 files I need the following - Create a responsive HTML4/5 pages with the corresponding CSS3 - The pages are in Arabic, so the developer should have previous experience in RTL templates - The web pages HTML need to fit the SEO standards regarding the meta tags, the CSS classes, the organization of the html - The HTML written should work fine on Chrome, FireFox, and IE version 7 and above, any needed javascript or Jquery to make the pages appear correct on all browsers should be done by the freelancer who will handle the task - The HTML will be tested on Desktop, laptops, tablets, and smart phones Later on the HTML will be used to create the ASPX pages for the website Guidelines: - No Slicing is accepted, the code has to be created manually by the freelancer to fit the previous requirements - One page will be given for the freelancer to test his/her skills first, if the freelancer proves himself/herself , the rest of the pages will be sent and the job will be assigned to him/her - Freelancers who knows arabic will have higher priority than others due to the language of the website
