I need a website where people can subscribe (pay online or through mobile money) to get information via SMS alerts. you can select multiple products and the system automatically delivers the SMS texts as per the products and dispatch schedule. The user can even subscribe and pay for another user, etc. the successful developer shall, on completion of this project, work on a fully automated recruitment portal...post a ob, shortlists, job alerts, etc...
