Update Website Header and Top of Page

Hello Coders! I would like to update the top 1/3 of my webpage at www.2dogrc.com. I would like to condense the information in the header down through the categories to take up less space. I would like a redesign of the the header banner, the "My Cart" "My Account" links, and including the category buttons. I like the general color palette I have now. If needed the header bars on the boxes can be designed as well to keep with a new theme. If you would like to bid on this, please send a mock-up of your idea.
