One Page Design (only design)

I need a good web designer to make attractive details. -No Flash -No JS required. I wrote them and coding is finished. I am ataching picture of it. I want to make it more attractive and more usefull. If you are good on designer and you have attractive design skills that job for you. After copleting the job be sure that it work perfect and same on firefox and IE any version. So you have to know CSS as well. Note:This is not project, only small mackup. So my budget is limited. I have many project which is codded by me. So if you are good we can work for long term.
