HTML recoded on poorly coded website, small and easy project

My website can be found below: I have hidden the link so it does not show up in google etc: [login to view URL] This project is to re-code the HTML layout and add classes, the layout must look the same as the current one and must function in the same way also i.e 1) A header for logo, left hand panel for links, middle section which has includes for the php pages, right hand panel for links ([login to view URL] script) 2) Change the html on the following pages _/[login to view URL] &_/[login to view URL] & _/[login to view URL] So in summary it is just the HTML that needs recoding to the same design of the site, this is a very simple price, I will expect it done within 2 days and I will be ending the project early for the right freelancer.
