Design WordPress BuddyPress Site with membership fees

Seeking an experienced website designer. you will be responsible for sourcing images for the site and for presenting different layouts. The site will be an online dating site. It will be built on WordPress using BuddyPress for the networking aspect. Users can create profiles post images and information. In order to interact with one another via Instant Message or Chat, users must pay a fee using paypal. While this is a web developers role - there is an emphasis on providing a DESIGN solution.
