CSS HTML + Graphics Template

I am in need of a website css html template, which should also include attractive header graphics. The site will be a fitness related review site for affiliate products. The site should be easy to edit, and have very attractive graphics, and background. Other graphics, such as a 'rating bar' will also be needed. Examples of other sites will be given to further convey my vision for the site. Further details will also be given to the winning bidder. Please provide AT LEAST 5 examples of previous designs you have completed that are currently live on the internet. Thank you.
