I want to take the file Chatbox(2).gif and have to converted to HTML and have it function similar to the chat box in the attached video. The webpage in the video is just an advertisement trying to get [eople signup to a dating site or chat site. As you can see in the video it feel like a real chat because you type stuff and then she responds, even though the responses don't make sense. I want to have my design setup to function the same way.

The effect that you are describing can easily be done in Javascript/jQuery with delays between the chat's responses, and can even be synchronized so the bot responds a little while after the user enters something. The Chatbox(2).gif file is not uploaded, but I assume it is kind of similar to the one in the video, and that can easily be designed as well. Also, I am bidding lower than everyone else to increase my chances of winning and because I want to respect your budget, not because of any incompetency on my part.
