We have a joomla + virtuemart install. We need some site tweaks to things like:
joomla template changes
making the footer menu to be static, so that it always stays at the bottom of the screen
layout modifications to the cart and checkout layouts
please provide hourly rate and we will reply with full scope to shorlisted candidates.
we will then award based on a flat project rate. WE NEED SOMEONE FAST, WHO CAN FINISH ALL THE ITEMS IN 1 DAY
