We are a small new company that is looking to have a custom GIS data viewer. We prefer the program to be written in Visual Basic .net. Program must support following files type: GeoTiff (TIF/TFW) GeoJPG (JPG/JGW) MrSid ECW and one other file format which will be discussed at time of project awarding. There will also need a map layout mode and a few simple drawing function and a address search tool. Feel free to ask questions.
