Automated way to ''Like'' YouTube Comments

A VB.Net application and full source code supplied which will cycle through usernames/passwords and utilize proxies while connecting to Youtube and automatically "Liking" specific comments on specific videos (which will be variables you can change in the program) ## Deliverables Code must be well commented and easy to understand. Full support for proxies in the format: proxy:port:username:password Login details for YouTube saved/read as Usernames:Passwords Simple form design, nothing fancy, text boxes for usernames,passwords and a text box for proxies. A text box detailing the author of the commenter to like. A log window detailing EXACTLY what is occuring in the software... like logging in with <username> on <proxy>, navigating to video, liking comment by <comment author> etc Youtubes terms state: "'You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," **that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser**.'" In regards to the bold statement above, if the software has a delay to limit the "liking of comments" to for example once per minute, or even 5 minutes then the program is completely within youtubes terms of service.
