Access Database and forms

I have a small business and need to create a small system in access that will have the following: - An inquiry form - A booking form - An invoice These will need to be a little dynamic and link through situations as in - someone enquires, they then make a booking, then the booking is confirmed (or rejected), then an invoice generate and then marked as paid. there is a database of current and potential customers that will need to be linked to the above so that when an enquiry is formed the person entering will be able to automatically fill the form once they find the customer. The booking form has a few elements in it that will need to be available to choose from. All needs to be organised in neat forms as the user has no access knowldge and ideally they won't even be seeing the back end of this. nothing too complicated just outside my skill set...
