convert xml sitemaps into multiple html sitemaps

Hello coders, I need a small program built in vb6 with complete source code. I need to take a very large xml sitemap with thousands of pages . Break it down into links of 85 add the 85 links to a page template, a text file that I choose. save the new .txt file into a chosen folder. at the bottom of each page it should have two hyperlinks that link the previous page and the next page together. Very easy for someone experienced in VB6.
