Create Word file from PDF

Thank you. __________________________________________ Hi, The attached file is currently a PDF file which I need converted to a Microsoft Word 2000 file? The same formatting as the PDF is required in terms of the layout, questions, text etc. The logo of the company is not required but would be nice. Basically I need to be able to do mail merges using MS Word to the file. Please do NOT use textarea or textbox to create the layout as I think MS Word has issues with these during mail merges. This is great and due to the number of responses, these have been the only bids I have looked at. However the problem is that all of these have been the exact same "conversion" from PDF to Word, this "absolute positioning" conversion will NOT meet my needs as there are many textarea/textboxes still being used and entering data in fields such as the Address field or Loss Details will not work. If someone can provide a partial sample (even just the first section) created using tables/text and created from scratch (ie no conversions) then you have the contract.
