KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Answers telephone and takes accurate messages or transfers call to appropriate person. Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies the appropriate person of their arrival. Receives and signs for deliveries and ensures they make it to the recipient. Maintains office and office supplies. Sets up and assists with meetings. Maintains marketing materials. Creates documents in proper format and proofreads/distributes as assigned. Prepares expenses reports. Runs errands, etc. as needed Provides administrative support to other onsite staff as needed. Ensures documents are filed in appropriate place. Performs other duties as assigned.
