1) We are a brokerage firm in commodities. 2) I want to create an online brokerage firm where customer goes to our website and is able to do chat and video communication between the broker and the customer. 3) Here are the steps: A) Customer signs up – connected with infusionsoft ( CRM & WordPress) - B) Broker signs up - connected with infusionsoft ( CRM & WordPress) - C) Both Customer & Broker has to sign in - D) Once the customer signs in they agree to a Risk Disclosure – Not done – we are putting the wording together. Almost completed E) Broker has a default page to service brokers – Not done – Look at attachment F) Customer has a default page to contact brokers – Not done – Look at attachment G) Video and Chat needs to be recorded – – saved H) The software we are trying to work with is Mega Meeting. The video and Audio is good quality but I am not married to them or any software. I just wants something to get our needs met. Keep cost down over long run I) The road blocks we are having are: 1) The customer’s and broker’s have to be able to communicate more easily ( right now there are too many signups and it takes too much time) this is not efficient for trading. It has to be quick. 2) The look and feel of the customer and broker defaults need to be made 3) Broker has to be able to toggle between clients quickly 4) Customer needs to be able to toggle between brokers quickly 5) When the broker logs in the display is “ Online or Not Online” the refresh is to noticeable The look is made but I do not think the coding works for the Online or Not Online switch. 6) just as a reminder I need to update the webcam banner when everything is up and going. 7) I would like the IM to work with other IM’s if that is possible ( not mandatory ) 8) I would like an app that people can download for their Iphone/ipad and Android ect. site is built need video intergration
